11.28 Friday Faves – The Fitnessista
Hello friends! Happy Friday and I hope my American friends have a lovely Thanksgiving!
It’s been a very nice week here. I took the kids and some friends to the trampoline park after a half-day of school so they could bounce their hearts out, tackle holiday cooking (I made this pie, green bean casserole with homemade crispy onions, and picked up pumpkin loaf, apple pie, and my friend’s gravy from Dedicated),

He took the children to the target (they said “to surf”) and the pilot returned from a long flight. The end of October through November was crazy: he left, I left for the RHS, he high-fived us and left, when he came back I went to LA, we said hello again and then he left, and now he’s back! Whew. It was great to have him here for Thanksgiving!

(Dress here // Shoes here)

We had our usual lunch/dinner at my uncle’s house with all my father’s family members.

After that, we went to Trevor and Danielle’s in the evening to hang out with Madre’s family and see Daisy! She’s just the funniest and cutest little nut. I love her so much.
Today was filled with family time, delicious food, a walk around the neighborhood, and taking it easy… I hope you had a great day too!
Right now, it’s time for our weekly Friday Faves party. This is where I share some of my favorite finds from the week and around the web. I always love to hear about your favorites too, so please say something you love in the comments section below.

Black Friday heeeeeeeeeer:
I look forward to Black Friday sales all year long!! This is when I go through my holiday shopping list and also grab some things we need for the house, or items I have my eye on. Lots of creators share their links this time of year, and I wanted to thank those of you who chose to shop through my links. It means the world to me, and your support helps me offset some of the costs needed to keep the blog running, especially since advertising revenues have taken a serious decline with AI research.
Here are some of the best finds this year:
Our top gift guide picks:
– Crazy sale at Farm Rio aka my favorite place to shop! 50% discount and an additional 20% with code SUPER20. I got two dresses and I’m so excited about it! (this and this)
– Walking pillow. The only way I can get to 10k steps most days! That’s under $100 with Black Friday deals.
-Rebounder. This is a great way to support blood flow and lymphatic systems as well as improve concentration during a long work day. I’ll take a 5-minute break and listen to some music. This one is for sale to BFCM.
– Anthro 30% discount!! I’m obsessed with festive drinkware, this dress (I love it), this sequin T-shirt, this “Yes, Chef” dishtowel, and this set of my favorite clean fragrances.
– Old Navy: 50% discount sitewide. I ordered new uniform pants for both kids, this jacket for Liv, and this jacket for myself. Their holiday clothes are so cute; This is what we wore in family photos this year. I got this skirt and this dress for Liv. I can’t even believe the dress is only $13 now!!! It fits beautifully and looks much more expensive.
– Feveril!! Do it yourself 🙂 You can rent designer handbags and fine jewelry and exchange them every month. I now have this gorgeous Chanel caviar bag and I’m sad to have to return it next week, but I’m so excited to pick out something new! Very fun for the holidays. Use this link to get $300 off – it’s spaced out so you can save $100 every month for 3 months. I promise you will love it.
-50% discount on amazing nightwear. I got this for Liv. Cloth is a dream.
– 25% discount at Bombas! Everyone needs new socks lol. I especially like their slipper socks, and their compression socks for longer flights. The pilot uses them and loves them too.
– 50% discount at J Crew. I love their men’s sweaters, women’s sweaters (which last forever), and girls’ dresses. This will be P’s Christmas dress.
– Great price for the hatch! It’s worth noting here that I don’t pay for a subscription and it still works amazingly well.
– Ninja Cream Scoop for sale.
– Non-toxic air fryer.
-The electric mop is the only way I can keep our floors shiny and clean. (I also use a little branch basics in the water even though you’re not supposed to and it still works great for now.)
– These gorgeous earrings are from CZ.
– Convenient and clean makeup set.
-This gorgeous necklace.
-Essential travel set for vacations.
– Ideal vanity state.
– Tony Box! That’s what I’ll get for Daisy.
Wellness Favorites
– If you don’t have a Lumebox yet, here’s your chance. They have a 50% off sale this weekend which is the biggest discount they offer. I use it for many things: headaches, muscle pain, energy, mood, skin, stomach pain, fever, menstrual cramps (I rarely get them, but when I do, it helps a lot), and so many things. It’s like the Swiss Army knife of health tools. Get your product here!
– Air doctor. Clean air makes a big difference, especially during this time of year when allergies and colds are so common. This is their best price all year.

– Umbrella shower filter. We noticed the difference in our skin and hair immediately. The water feels softer and doesn’t smell like chlorine anymore. If you already have one, this is a good opportunity to get a few extra baths, or try out their sink or shower filter.
– Mold-free coffee! I’m stocking up during the sale. The sad news is that coffee is a highly sprayed crop, so many conventional options contain pesticides, herbicides and mold. This product is laboratory tested for purity and remineralization, and tastes delicious. I only drink decaf, and most of them are bad. This is amazing
– PEMF Go Mat. I use this every day for breathing and meditation, or when I need a little recharge while working on the computer. I’m having a hard time deciding which is better: the famous sauna blanket! Or PEMF mat. If you can do both… I say do it. 😉
– Red light face mask. I use this every morning while doing housework or multitasking. It gives my skin an amazing glow and I have noticed a huge difference in the texture of my skin
-One skin! They divided their savings into BFCM; The more you spend, the more you save. They use their own peptide, OS-01, which prevents senescent cells <— and can increase the aging process. I love their tinted moisturizer and body wash.
-My favorite quarterly detox! If you’re joining us in January, get your kit now. You can do 7, 14 or 21 days.
– The most amazing health gift you can give yourself this season is an Integrative Health Practitioner Certification. I mentioned this in my last post, but if you’re thinking about getting a degree, this is one of the best things I’ve ever done. I would be happy to chat with you and share more about my experience. This is the best price of the year: Use the BF1500 for $1500 for Levels 1 and 2.

– to organize! They make a lot of my favorite things, including Hydrogen Water Tabs, Green Juice, Red Juice, Harmony, and Pure. Check it out here!
If you’re shopping for someone in particular, I’ve got plenty of ideas in this year’s gift guides (and more on the way!). Several include BFCM deals within the posts:
