5 Tips for the Last week of SSU

I have reached the last week of our summer challenge, and this is something to celebrate! Whether you have crushed each exercise or lost a few along the way, this is the moment of completion of the strong, and you feel proud, and give it everything.

here 5 tips To help you achieve the maximum benefit from week 6:

1. Think about your progress

Before diving in the final batch, take a minute to look at the extent to which you reached. You may have used a fixed exercise, improve your endurance, or have made healthier food options. This victory is a matter, so they celebrate them! Identification of progress enhances the motivation and reminds you of why it started in the first place.

2. Plan your week

Little planning has a long way. Select the time you will do your exercises as if they were dates. Because you will not exceed a date or a meeting if you are very tiring, not in mood, etc.

Shop your groceries and eat a preparatory meal and hot body meal. Knowing what you will have every day will take away guess and easy to stick to your goals.

3. Keep your energy

This is the week to provide your body with good things. Food packed meals, a lot of water, and good sleep. When your body feels at its best, it is easier to pay these last exercises and ends strongly. The reward: Do not go beyond stretching or rolling, as it is the key to recovery.

And if you need a little capture to get to the day and complete your exercises. Get some of the beloved gatherings before you decide to overcome the exercise.

4. LSF community

The LSF community is full of women with you, and they work on the same goal. Share your victories, post deep Silvik photos, and encourage each other in this last week more than ever. You never know who may need some additional encouragement and motivation.

5. Imagine your finish line

Imagine yourself at the end of SSU, proud, strong, confident, accomplishment. Hold this vision every time you feel the desire to overcome the exercise or reach an unplanned snack. This is your chance to prove yourself that you can continue.
