74 charges have been brought against club by the FA

Chelsea was charged by the football Association for the alleged crimes related to the regulations related to agents, brokers and third -party investments.
The English Federation issued a statement of X announcing that they had brought a total of 74 charges against Chelsea regarding the alleged violations of the above regulations, with these crimes made primarily over the past six years – between 2010 and 2016.
“The Football Association today accused Chelsea FC of violations of J1 and C2 regulations from FA football agents regulations, A2 and A3 regulations from the FA regulations related to work with brokers, and the A1 and B3 regulations to invest at the third party in 2002. It happened between 2010/11 to 2015/16 play seasons.
Chelsea’s case responded to the FA statement
Minutes after the FA announced, Chelsea issued its own statement on their website, confirming that the violations come after they reported this.
“Chelsea FC is pleased to confirm that its participation with FA regarding the self -reported matters by the club have now reached a conclusion.
“The club’s ownership group completed the club’s purchase on May 30, 2022. During the comprehensive due care process before the completion of the purchase process, the ownership group became aware of incomplete financial reports related to historical transactions and other possible violations of the rules of the FA.
“The club has shown unprecedented transparency during this process, including by giving a comprehensive access to the club’s files and historical data. We will continue to work cooperatively with the English Federation to produce this matter quickly as possible. We would like to put in our registration of our gratitude to the English Federation for his participation with the club in this complex case, which was focused on matters that occurred at the extent of their value.”
It remains to see what a result achieved by the Federation, with this investigation in Chelsea – which recently obtained news related to the injury of the knee strings in Liam Dilab.
