The question angered Yasmine (39 years old), who replied: “What the hell did you say?” Before Matt points out that before she became pregnant with Matilda, she traveled to New York City, where her ex-boyfriend, Dane, lives.

“I remember you once said that Dane lived in New York and that you were going to New York,” Matt said in the car. “You were alone a lot.” [Matilda] It could be for a Dane. The blonde kid, and Dane too.”

Then he cried as he thought about what the revelation would mean to him. “Can you imagine how stupid I’d look if that baby wasn’t mine? Even if it was, like, my baby, I’d have to be dragged through some bulls*** with you forever,” Matt told an angry Jasmine.

She then concluded, “Great. You don’t have to wait out the damn lease. If you don’t leave the apartment, I’ll leave,” to which Matt agreed before the couple stopped talking and the episode ended.

Jasmine took to social media after the episode aired, sharing an Instagram Story in which she thanked her fans for “all the supportive messages,” before sharing a more in-depth reflection on her character. “Unfortunately, since I got here [the U.S.] I’m used to being treated like damaged goods, like things that can be returned as if they were broken,” she wrote in black text on a white background.

Yasmine continued: “All of this caused me severe depression. But I am stronger than all of this and I have children to look out for, so giving up is never an option.” (Jasmine has two sons, Joannes and JC, from her first husband.)

She then followed up her Instagram Story with a photo of Matilda smiling at the camera. The photo was taken during a family photo shoot involving Matt and was originally shared across Matt and Jasmine’s Instagram networks.

The showdown between Matt and Jasmine aired as part of a four-episode special, and after Jasmine revealed via Instagram on November 23 that she would “never marry” Matt. “You’ll see why I will never marry Matt and I don’t care how successful he is at hunting,” Jasmine wrote back in black text on a white background. “After he did what he did… I might change my mind in 50 years.”

A second Instagram Story from Jasmine responded to a fan who urged her to leave Matt. “Don’t worry! His mother has a list of Romanian women waiting for him. I’m just here to have fun,” Jasmine wrote in response to the suggestion.
