2026 has just begun, and Gigi explained that she’s going into the new year with a whole new energy! In a new YouTube video, the influencer starts things off with a mailbox before spilling some tea about taking a break from social media. She told her subscribers that she needed some time to reset as she was currently “navigating through a lot personally” and focusing on “protecting her peace.” Even with the break, Gigi reassured her followers that she was not gone forever and plans to return. She also thanked everyone in her comment for the love, support and understanding.

“Thank you so much for your continued love, patience and support – it truly means more than you know. I will be back soon, and I appreciate you all understanding. Please remember to take care of yourselves too.”

As soon as Gigi posted her video on YouTube, fans filled her comments section with love and encouragement. Many told her they would miss her but respected her choice to prioritize her mental health, while others said they would eagerly await her return.

Kay Senat and Gigi shock fans after announcing their separation

Just days before the New Year, Kay Senat and Gabrielle Alaia shocked the internet when they announced their split. Kai first shared the news on X (formerly Twitter) and told his followers that it will take a long time before he falls in love again. “I am single and will never be in a relationship again.” Kay wrote.

Gigi later took to her Instagram Story to shut down false narratives and assumptions about their breakup. Her post apparently came after rumors claiming she was involved with NBA YoungBoy while she was with Kai, but she quickly shut down all of the speculation.

“You left, and now you want to go online and rush to paint a false narrative about me from a fake Twitter post, which is crazy. I never cheated on him, and you know that. I never dealt with this guy… play that sympathetic role somewhere else, please,” she wrote online at the time.
