a summary:The background: The treatment of the clinical natural language (NLP) indicates the use, processing and analysis of the non -structured clinical text data, and carries enormous potential to transform health care in various clinical tasks. Objective: The study aims to conduct a systematic review to evaluate and analyze modern NLP methods of the main Scandinavian clinical text. Method: A research has been conducted in literature in various online databases including PubMed, Scienceire, Google Scholar, ACM Digital Library and IEEE XPLORE between December 2022 and February 2024. Related references were used to articles that are also used to unify our research. The final complex includes articles conducted by the clinical NLP in the Scandinavian languages for the main righteousness and published in English between 2010 and 2024. Results: out of 113 articles, 18 % (n = 21) focus on the Norwegian clinical text, 64 % (n = 72) on Al -Suwaidi, 10 % (n = 11) on Danish, and 8 % in general, the review determined positive developments in all Throughout the region, despite some gaps and disparities that can be observed between languages. There are great differences in the level of adopting models based on transformers. In basic tasks such as canceling identity, there is a much lower research activity that focuses on Norwegian and Danish compared to the Swedish text. Moreover, the review has set a low level of sharing resources such as data, experience and models that have been previously trained, adaptation and transportation in the region. Conclusion: The review provided a comprehensive assessment of the NLP clinical text on the latest NLP for electronic health records (EHR) in Scandinavian languages of the main righteousness, and highlighted the possible barriers and challenges that hinder the rapid progress of the field in the region.
