The owner of a nationwide RV dealership is being sued in Tennessee for an oversized American flag in several locations over his stores.

Camping World, the National RV dealer with stores in 200 sites, faces a lawsuit by another city for its huge American flag heading outside the agency.

The city’s leaders in Greenville, North Carolina, 4-2 last week to start legal procedures to remove the American flag in the World Camping Agency. The vote came amid another lawsuit filed by Severville, Tennessee.

“Not when they spend, not when I lose, not if they take me to prison, the flag does not come down,” said Witten, CEO of the camping company in the world. “While I respect the position of the city council, and while I understand that they have the right to sue me, and they will go and understand that I have the right to defend myself, science never descends.”

“They need to sued me, not work, because I put flags everywhere,” he added.

The Greenville City Council said that the flag is nearly the size of the basketball field at an altitude of 3,200 square feet. It flies on a 130 -foot column, and doubles the size of what is currently allowed.

On Monday, Marcus Limons posted a photo of a complaint filed by the city of Severville in March, which requested the removal of a 100 -foot flags on its property, which fly an American 40 -foot American package.

“Science will not come down,” Limons wrote on X.
