Maine not alone: Trans inmates in women’s prisons after Trump’s crackdown can expect ‘imminent chages’

First on the fox: The Trump administration official confirmed on Thursday that the states that failed to comply with federal orders to the inmates in the House of Representatives based on their biological race could expect “imminent changes” – and the mail of Maine will not be the “last” state of prison money.
While the Trump administration’s decision to withdraw federal funding from the Ministry of Reforms in Maine due to a sexually transformed prisoner in the women’s facility, it is not an isolated issue, similar cases have occurred that include sexually transformed guests in female facilities throughout the country.
In addition to Min, California, New York, Minnesota, New Jersey and Washington, the state of transgender people allows them to be imprisoned and imprisoned prison facilities that are in line with their sexual identity. Most of them provide sexually transformed treatments for the taxpayer, or through other sources of state financing, although they may differ from prison to prison. After the approval decree, Colorado is the only country with specific residential facilities for transgender people.

The official, who refused to identify it, explained that although most of the prison financing at the state level, the states still have to comply with their own publications of the Prison Rape law (Prea), which is often designed after federal standards. Since federal changes to these regulations are expected, the current Prea instructions inhibit the inmates in housing in isolation from others. The spokesman said this prompted some states to feel that they are obligated to house sexually transformed women in female facilities, even if they prefer to create separate spaces.
“I think this is a state invitation. But, at the present time, countries are not encouraged to make this call,” the official said. “They encouraged the position of these men with women. Therefore, I think some states will put these men wearing their clothes as women, with men. Some of them will put them in a kind of separate space. I have no better opinion.”
Before Trump’s executive order that prohibits procedures and treatments via federal prisons, federal funding was allocated to some prison office facilities to cover cosmetics and treatments that are considered “gender confirmed” for prisoners who are imprisoned-but have not been provided to women-such as laser hair removal and other feminine procedures. Guidelines for such services were allocated for the first time under the second period of the Obama administration, and California was the first state to set policies that give surgeries to sexually transfers to the prisoners’ prisoners in 2017.

The administration argues that this created a clear state of sex -based discrimination, as in the case of Maine, where women were not granted in prison as a similar access to these services.
In January, a transgender woman named Andrea was transferred to Sir, 24, from Maine Prison to the Women’s Department at the Main Reform Institute. In 2018, he was convicted of stabbing both parents to death, along with the family dog, and he was sentenced to 40 years in prison on charges of crime attributed to conflicts with sexual identity.
A spokesman for the Ministry of Justice told Fox News Digital in a statement on Thursday. “The administration is no longer funding organizations that enhance the invasion of women’s spaces by men and urge countries to use logic to maintain the safe women and girls.”
Another sexually transformed prisoner in the state of Mine – convicted of killing a woman who was found linked between two tree and throat her wrists – was known by Fox News Digital through court documents such as William William Moore. Moore goes to “Nikki”, according to the documents, and complained that the corrections of Main State were not doing enough to facilitate his gender transition.

In January, Moore, who is currently in a male facility, filed a complaint against the employees of the Ministry of Reform in Maine, to increase the attack, steal thousands of dollars in personal property, and reject the treatments required for gender transition. In the court certificate, Moore repeatedly referred to “Nikki”, claiming that prison guards promised to reset the sex, female cosmetics, and move to a women’s facility. Moore also described a system of daily hormonal treatments and vitamin B-12 injections.

“Maine, of course, is flagrantly violating women’s rights. The president has noticed that Maine has no intention of change – they have a ruler dating back to some extent, and so was Maine the first, but Maine will not be the last.” “There will be no federal funding for misuse of women by the Ministry of Justice.”
As of February, the Federal Prisons Office (BOP) includes 2,198 transformed guests, including 22 sexual transgender women currently in women’s facilities. This number does not explain the state levels, which may also receive federal financing.
The Trump administration is also in court fighting the presidential executive authorization to strip the federal prisons for gender treatments and housing preferences.
In February, the American provincial judge, Royce Lambres-the judge appointed by Reagan-prevented the transfer of three sexual transgender women to men’s prisons, pointing to concerns about their safety. Later that month, another judge issued a restriction that prevents the transfer of a transgender woman from a women’s prison to a men’s facility. In March, Lambar Bob ordered the return of transgender prisoners to women’s facilities and to continue her hormone treatments.
