ICE reveals sanctuary jurisdictions that have released the most criminal aliens

The records of the new ICE Customs and Customs Agency (ICE) shows that more than 25,000 requests of detainees at the agency have been rejected by protected states throughout the country over the past few years, which led to the release of dozens of illegal immigrants convicted of murder.
A total of 72 criminal foreigners who suffer from condemnation or charges of US prisons were released despite the presence of ice detainees between October 1, 2022 and February 6, 2025, according to ICE data provided to the CIS Center, which tracks immigration laws in local states and animals.
Seventeen of these versions came from three detention centers: Illinois Center for the Illinois River Corps and Santa Clara County prisoners, and Sixth, and the Illinois Reform Center, which released five.

The data comes as a discussion about the “sanctuary” judicial states, which limit or prohibit local cooperation with federal immigration authorities, has intensified as President Donald Trump doubles his promise to his campaign to collectively.
Trump has alluded to action against judicial authorities in recent weeks, including a social function of the truth on Thursday, in which the President threatened to fund federal financing.
Trump wrote in this position: “No more cities of the sanctuary! They protect criminals, not victims,” Trump wrote in this position. “They are bothering our country, and it is mocking it all over the world. Work on papers to block all federal funds for any city or state that allows these death traps !!!”
Meanwhile, ICE data provided an insightful look at the less complied judicial states of the Agency’s detainees’ requests. These numbers show that more than half (52 %) of the low requests of detainees were prisons in California, which is a state of refuge by the Association of Independent States.

Other states have a large share of the soaked detainees, Illinois, Verinia, Massachusetts, and Contecticut. Illinois, Massachusetts and Contecticut are all countries, according to CIS, while Virginia has no protected policy at the state level but is home to dozens of judicial states with its own policies.
“It is shocking that more than half of the detainees have been rejected by prisons and prisons in California,” said Alfonso Agilar, the coach of Spanish origin in the Fox News Digital project. “governor [Gavin] Newsom and the state may have a lot of clarification to do their components. “
The newsom office did not immediately respond to the Fox News Digital request for comment.
Ice data showed that the main prison in Santa Clara was responsible for the largest number of detainees who were rejected, as nearly 3,000 criminal foreigners were launched during the 2022-2025 period.

Cook County Prison in Illinois and the County County Country Center in Virginia were also responsible for a large share of the criminal foreigners who were released, as they both decreased by more than 1000 ice deals during the same period.
“What is happening in these judicial states is unreasonable,” said Aguar. “It is clear that their leaders do not believe that illegal immigrants who have been charged or convicted of crimes should be removed from their societies. Ice detainees and their release in society ignore, they are exposed to the danger of the lives of their citizens and their property.”
