Jeffries demands SCOTUS hold Trump admin in contempt over deportation case

The leader of the minority in the House of Representatives, Hakim Jeffrez, DN.Y. He said on Tuesday that the Supreme Court should consider keeping the Trump administration in contempt for its deportation to Qilmar Armando Abergo Garcia, an illegitimate immigrant Salvadori and a former resident of Maryland.
On Thursday, the Supreme Court upheld the minimum decision to facilitate the return of Abu Garcia from El Salvador prison, where federal officials sent hundreds of suspect criminals and gang members last month.
“The Supreme Court has made it clear that Mr. Alago Garcia should not have been deported.”

“In fact, the Trump administration recognized this fact and therefore they need to comply with the directives of the Supreme Court or the Supreme Court needs to enforce its matter strongly, which must include contempt.”
The Supreme Court recognizes that Parisia was undergoing a ban in 2019, which is prohibited to remove it to El Salvador, and that the removal to El Salvador is “so illegal.” The court confirmed that the government must facilitate his release from the nursery in El Salvador and treat his case as if he had never been deported.
One of the two immigration judges found in 2019 that Garcia did not refute enough evidence of MS-13 affiliation and therefore was removable to any place other than El Salvador due to a threat from a competitive gang, and this is called a blocking order.
The Trump administration faced criticism from the Democrats, left -wing media and human rights advocates to send Abo Garcia to his country of origin. Trump officials initially admitted that his removal was due to an “administrative mistake.”

Miller said that Abro Garcia had a wonderful deportation, which means that he was not allowed to be present in the United States and should be removed due to the appointment of a foreign terrorist.
Abro Garcia is married to an American citizen, and they educate three children.
Meanwhile, Jeffrez added that he was supporting senator Chris van Holin, DMD, who was trying to meet Al Salvadori Nayeb Bokil while he was here in the country. Van Hollen is trying to re -send Abrego Garcia to the United States
He met a PCO with Trump at the White House on Monday to focus a large -scale top on immigration.
“I support the efforts and leadership of Senator Chris van Holin,” Jeffrez said. “The president must accept this meeting request and make a real discussion about the time when Mr. Abugo Garcia will return to his family in the United States of America.”

Van Holin said he also wanted to see the Trump administration in contempt.
“It is absolutely unlawful and illegal that Maryland will hold another day in a notorious prison in El Salvador,” said Van Holin, at Wbal TV.
“I have seen that families, lawyers, have asked for the detention of administration lawyers in contempt, and I think this is a perfect step to take them at the present time. They are completely moving in the courts at the present time, including the Supreme Court.”
