Dem senator flies to El Salvador to visit deported migrant in prison, only to be denied

Senator Chris Van Holin, Maryland, was rejected with a visit with a Silvadorian immigrant and accused the MS-13 member who was deported to El Salvador, after he traveled to the country on Wednesday morning.

Van Holin was aimed at visiting Kilmar Abrago Garcia, 29, who was deported to Al Salvadouri’s huge prison, “Cecot” as an alleged member of the MS-13 gang, although his lawyer asserts that he has no gang ties.

Van Holin spoke to journalists from El Salvador on Wednesday afternoon, when he pledged to continue to pressure Aberigo Garcia.

He met with Vice President Felix Augusto Antonio Olua Garay because President Nayb Armando was an Ortiz, although Van Holin said he was grateful to talk about the Abjo Garcia case.

Van Holin said: “I asked the vice president if I could meet Mr. Abrago Garcia, and said:” Well, you need to put previous judgments to go to visit Cecot. “

Owaoa was told that he was not interested in a Cecot tour and that he just wanted to meet Abearo Garcia.

“He said he was unable to achieve this,” Van Holin said.

When Van Holin asked if he could return next week to see Abyerigo Garcia, Owa told him that he could not promise that. Olua also told the American Senator that he could not even arrange him, or the Apiru Garcia family to speak with the prisoner over the phone.

The Senator said that the situation in El Salvador was “fair”, and he accused the Trump administration of lying about Abyerigo Garcia.

Van Holin said: “I will continue to pressure,” said Van Holin. “I will continue to press my remaining time here, and I will continue to press that if necessary.”

Last week, the Supreme Court upheld the minimum decision to facilitate the return of Abo Garcia from CECOT, as Federal officials sent hundreds of suspect criminals and gang members.

The Trump administration has agreed to clarify any administrative obstacles that prevent Abrago Garcia from returning to the United States, but Public Prosecutor Bam Bondi said that he returned him “to El Salvador. If they wanted to return it.

This did not cause a small anger at the Democrats, as Van Holin was the first to announce travel plans to El Salvador to help secure the release of Aberigo Garcia.

“Mr. Alago Garcia has been kidnapped illegally by Trump official, and with their confession, he was wrongly deported to El Salvador,” Van Holin on Tuesday.

“He should not have to spend another second away from his family,” he said. “I travel to El Salvador tomorrow morning to check his condition and discuss his return.”
