When Matija šOšIć began to work in developing the web, he was surprised by the difficulty of building a ready -to -produce web app.

In 2020, šOšIć decided to pace with his twin brother, Martin Shocic – who faced similar problems in his career in his developer – to launch WASP, a platform aimed at communicating these segmented tools, in 2021.

WASP is a complete DeV App tool on the web that acts as a seduction among the different developers they already use, including React, Node.js and Prisma, among other things. WASP helps assemble the code from these different basic systems together in one web application.

WASP also monitors the signs of gaps that are common when the developer collects different coding sources. WASP will allow the developer whether they miss the API key, for example, or suggests possible symbol changes to prevent future problems.

ŠOšIć said that the founding team decided to build WASP as a layer above the current tools instead of completely the new solution outside the box to get rid of developers who have to learn a programming language or a new process to use WASP.

WASP passed through the Y Combinator collection in the winter of 2021 and launched its products in the experimental version in 2023. Since then, the company has achieved 26,000 Japemb’s stars, and it is now working with many startups and Fortune 500 customers.
