The US Civil Liberties Union appealed the United States Supreme Court on Friday, and asked for a judicial warrant in emergency situations against the Trump administration from the deportation of the Venezuelan citizens who were held in Texas to South America under the law of foreign enemies that are rarely used.

The Supreme Court previously ruled that there are restrictions on how the government used the law of foreign enemies for 1798, including those under which they are entitled to obtain a session before being deported.

Hours before the Supreme Court appealed on Friday, the American Civil Liberties Union asked two federal judges a judicial order on deportation.

One of the judges, James E PoSberg, is scheduled to hold a session on Friday evening on the request.

Boasberg, who originally ruled in the law of foreign enemies, found that it was a possible reason that the Trump administration committed criminal contempt for disobeying his rule over deportation.

After that, the Supreme Court ruled that the judges are only in the areas where immigrants who are deported have a jurisdiction over their cases.

Judges in Colorado, New York and South Texas have temporarily stopped deportations in those areas, but there is no ban for Venezuelan citizens who face a possible deportation from the Blue Ponite detention center in northern Texas.

The American Civil Liberties Union called for the prohibition of deportation on two Venezuelans held in 2 places, saying that the administration accuses them of being members of the Trine de Aragua gang and any migrants in the region.

On Friday, President Trump commented on the case of Kilmar Abrago Garcia, a Salvadori citizen who was living in Maryland and had protection against deportation, who was mistakenly deported to a prison in the province last month.
