Google adds more AI tools to its Workspace productivity apps

Google continues to bring the leading artificial intelligence models to productivity applications, and expand their Gemini features.

The company announced today several updates of the work area products, including adding a look of sound and new simplified methods of meeting meetings.

Voice overview, which was first presented in the famous Notebooklm from Google, allows people to create a podcast on the topic of chosen research.

Now, through Gemini, users can create audio files based on the downloaded documents and slides. They can also generate Voice overview inside a deep re –Research reports. The audio files can be downloaded like podcast. Voice Overview generates sounds and causes, their discussions are only on the documents submitted.

Google was told by Venturebeat that her tests showed that some people prefer learning by listening, as information is provided in a conversation format.

The company has also launched a new feature called Canvas in Gemini, which allows people to create drafts and improve text or software instructions using a Gemini model. Google said that Canvas helps “create, improve and inspect software.” Fabric documents can be shared with Google documents.

Updated calendars

Google has also simplified how users can add events and meetings to their calendars. GIMII will discover whether the email has details about events and can push people to add it to their calendar. The model will facilitate emails with possible appointments if the user misses it.

It provides some additional ingredients for Google, such as Bomerrang, similar features displaying appointments above the subject line. Gemini energy -powered calendar feature will open the Gemini chat alert the event user.

Mix artificial intelligence with productivity
