Trump continues Biden defense of abortion pill mifepristone

The Trump administration requests a federal judge in Texas to reject a case aimed at restricting access to abortion drugs.

The demand for the Biden administration’s position continues to defend drugs: Texas is not the place for the lawsuit.

In the file of the Ministry of Justice Court, the Trump administration said that the state of Idahu, Missouri and Kondas are not linked to Texas, as the lawsuit was filed, on the pretext that they lack the lawsuit against the Food and Drug Administration on its grains, which are available online and mail.

“Regardless of this litigation, the states do not question that their claims are not related to the northern region of Texas,” the Ministry of Justice wrote. “The states cannot survive a lawsuit in which the indigenous prosecutors were held to stand, and these prosecutors have now refused their demands voluntarily, and the state’s allegations had no connection with this boycott.”

The three countries led by Republicans challenge the procedures of the FDA (FDA) that reduced the restrictions on the drug in 2016 and 2021, including allowing drugs to abort at up to 10 weeks of pregnancy instead of seven, and to fade the mail to the drug without seeing a woman first of nature in a person.

By the lower court, it rejected a request to reflect the approval of the Food and Drug Administration from MivePristone.

“The states are free to pursue their claims in an area where the place is appropriate,” said federal lawyers. But the summary referred to the weaknesses of the state’s argument alongside standing, for example, that their challenge in the FDA procedures (FDA) for 2016 allowing the use of birth control pills up to 10 weeks of pregnancy instead of the previous seven outside the law of restrictions.

Last year, the Supreme Court rejected a lawsuit filed by anti -abortion doctors and medical associations after the judges stated that the prosecutors were unable to show that they had been harmed personally because of the federal government organization.

The Trump administration also argued over the separation, saying that the state challenge in the FDA procedures (FDA) for the year 2016 is located outside the statute of limitations for a period of six years.
