The White House said that “it will significantly reduce the possibility of incidents related to the laboratory that involves job earning research, such as those conducted on the bats of bats in China by the Eco Wahilth alliance and the Wuhan Institute for Virus.”
Job gain research usually includes a virus modification to make it more infectious among humans. Job research was conducted at the Wuhan Laboratory before the start of the Covid-19s.

The White House said the matter will protect the Americans from laboratory accidents and other vital security accidents, “like those that most likely caused Covid-19 and 1977 Russian influenza.”
The president’s order, that is, future federal funding for all future federal research in countries that do not include sufficient supervision of research, and enables American research agencies to identify and end federal funding for any other biological research that can pose a threat to public health, public safety or national security.

The system, according to the White House, “protects the Americans from the research of the dangerous function that manipulates viruses and other biological factors and toxins, but it does not hinder productive biological research that will ensure maintaining willingness against biological threats and continues to lead global leadership in biotechnology, biotechnology, and health research.”
