Dubai and NVIDIA Unite to Launch Landmark AI Innovation Hub

Dubai, United Arab Emirates – May 2025 -In a bold step towards global artificial intelligence leadership, the Dubai government announced a strategic alliance with NVIDIA, the technology giant in the United States, to create a new artificial intelligence center in the heart of the city. This step refers to Dubai’s ambition to turn itself into one of the world’s leading innovation capitals.

The center will focus on accelerating the development of artificial intelligence across the main sectors, including financing, health care, transportation, energy and public services. It will also serve as a critical knot that links advanced NVIDIA technologies to the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), allowing regional developers and researchers to reach some of the most advanced computing resources on this planet.

A new chapter in the expansion of global artificial intelligence

Dubai Nafidia’s partnership comes in a pivotal moment. While the two countries are competing for the formation of the future of artificial intelligence, this initiative reflects a unique model: the technical muscles of the Silicon Valley with a long -term vision and the light movement of Dubai leadership.

“This cooperation represents more than just a technological investment,” said Dubai’s AI official. “It is a plan on how cities share the development of the future infrastructure by working with the world’s most outlated companies.”

The artificial intelligence center will be equipped with the leading AI systems in NVIDIA, including GPU groups of the next generation and accelerated computing environments. It will also include a digital twin laboratory supported by NVIDIA OMNINIRSE, designed to simulate city scale infrastructure, smart mobility systems and energy -saving buildings.

Enabling the next generation of creators

Besides the infrastructure, the center will give priority to education, research and entrepreneurship. In cooperation with regional universities and innovation corridors, the artificial intelligence center will host:

• Architectural camps and colleagues of artificial intelligenceProviding students and professionals with practical experience in machine learning, robots and computer vision.

• Starting Civilization SoftwareProviding NVIDIA -powered cloud contacts, and investor communications to Amnesty International startups.

• Joint Research InitiativesIt focuses on topics such as AI Al -Tulaidi, Artificial Intelligence Ethics, Sustainability, and Arabic Language Models.

“We are building an environmental system in which creativity meets energy,” said a spokesman for NVIDIA Middle East. “This center will help open new applications of artificial intelligence designed in the unique challenges and opportunities in the region.”

Regional influence with global arrival

This partnership strengthens the role of Dubai as a global technical portal. In its position between Europe, Asia and Africa, the city is uniquely suitable to serve as a starting platform for spreading artificial intelligence that expands across the border.

The artificial intelligence center is expected to attract international conferences, industry summits, and cooperative projects that extend to the continents. It is also compatible with the wider national artificial intelligence strategy in the United Arab Emirates, which aims to make the country a global center for Amnesty International by 2031.
