Human smugglers who led 100 mph border chases sentenced to prison
Two members of the South Texas gang were sentenced to human smuggling, following a series of high -speed chases on the border that included a gang member who disrupted his car in Rio Grande and swimming to Mexico by escape.
A statement on Monday, issued by the enforcement of immigration and customs (ICE) that human immigrants, Juan Miguel Regalado, 28, and Samuel Graga Junior, 21, are members of “Puro Tango Blast”, a local Texas gang.
On May 15, Monday was sentenced after being convicted of the transportation of unimvinen immigrants, following the ICE investigation, the United States border sector Larado and the Ministry of Public Safety in Texas.
The American boycott judge, John Casin, imposed a 66 -month prison sentence on Regalado, while Gragaida had previously received a 30 -month prison in addition to six consecutive months to violate the conditions for his release subject to supervising a previous foreign condemnation. Both should serve three years of supervision release.
Both men confessed to getting involved in a human smuggling plot.
