Today, I wanted to chat a little about Superfoods.

You know everything about practical and sustainable wellness – no maximum, and no crazy restrictions. Just simple ways to support your body so that you can feel the best of you. And one of my favorite roads to do so? Superfoods.

They are not anything imaginary or mysterious. They are just the whole foods of foodstuffs filled with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and healthy fats. Things like sweet potatoes, Xia, berries and leafy vegetables are definitely considered a superfood.

It should not be added to your routine as well. In today’s post, I share some of the recipes that you can try and that are actually delicious and easy to prepare, and will help you feel vibrant, nutrition and satisfaction.

What is Superfoods?

Super foods are whole whole foods that are naturally characterized by the nutrients your body loves-things like fibers, omega-3s, antioxidants, vitamins, and plant nutrients. It helps support the immune system, digestion, energy and skin levels.

Some of my favorites? Rapid, berries, chia seeds, hemp seeds, sweet potatoes, and gogi berries. You will find a few of those in the recipes below! It is easy to spray them in the meals you already make, so you do not need to fully fix your routine.

5 Superfood recipes

Simple, delicious and full

Superfood salad

This colored salad is loaded with fiber, antioxidants and healthy fats to keep you full and active.

ingredients:

2 cups of turnip, ribs were removed

½ cup mixed berries

2 tablespoons of hemp seeds

Avocado, slices

Decade:

2 tablespoons of lemon juice

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 tablespoon of honey tea

½ teaspoon Digon mustard

Salt + pepper as desired

directions:

Add some olive oil to the turnip, and massage it to soften it. Then throw everything with lemon dressing. Very easy, very fresh.

Superfood juice

This is going to something when I want something quickly, fill, and activate it in the morning.

You will need:

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

1 tablespoon of berries, mownted overnight or for a few hours

1 cup of almond milk

1 banana

½ cup spinach

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder

directions:

Soak the chia seeds in almond milk for a few minutes, then mix everything until smooth. Sip and enjoy!

Superfood Slaw

Crime, sweet, refreshing, and wonderful for digestion – this is the perfect side dish for spring and summer meals.

ingredients:

2 cups to tear red cabbage

1 cup is carrots

2 tablespoons of hemp seeds

2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

Two tablespoons of olive oil

1 tablespoon of honey

Salt and pepper as desired

Fresh herbs: coriander, mint and basil is beautiful in this.

directions:

Mix the vegetables and hemp, whisk the clothes separately, then throw them all together and let them sit for a few minutes before serving.

Superfood bread

A comfortable option full of nutrients for breakfast or snack time. Of course, gluten -free and fiber.

Simply mix the dry ingredients, add sweet potatoes and eggs, pour into a laid loaf frying pan, and bake them. Get the full recipe here.
