John Deere uses artificial intelligence to transform farming

By creating independent machines, Derry hopes to face customer challenges such as job quality, access to skilled workers and “the ability to accomplish the task in a timely manner,” said Gibson.
In January, the company announced the creation of new independent tractors, an independent discharge truck and an independent electric distributor. The machines use computer, cameras and AI to move in their environments, according to a journalist from John Deree.

The tractor has been created for the purpose of “feeding the world”, noting that the demand for global food is expected to increase by 50 % by 2050, according to Dere.
