Trump warns court ruling against tariffs could cause ‘economic ruination’ of US

president Donald Trump said on Sunday if the courts ruling against the comprehensive definitions of the administration, this means “economic ruin” of the country.
This position comes after the American International Trade Court (CIT) unanimously ruled on Wednesday to prevent the use of the emergency law for the impact of import taxes.
The members of the three judges committee, which was appointed by former President Barack Obama and former President Ronald Reagan, said Trump had passed and had no “unlimited authority” to impose customs tariffs.

“If the courts rule in one way or another for the definitions, which is unexpected, then this will allow other countries to carry as a hostage to our nation with the tariff for the anti -America that they will use against us,” Trump in fact wrote on Sunday afternoon. “This means that the economic ruin of the United States of America!”
In front of the Trump administration lawyers until 5 pm on Monday to provide their response.

After the court’s decision, the Federal Appeal Court ruled on Thursday to the Trump administration, which led 10 % baseline tariff and “mutual definitions.”
The mutual taxes, announced by the White House on April 2, were used by the Trump administration as a negotiating tactic with other countries before the court’s battles.

The Court of Appeal of the Federal Department gave the prosecutors until Thursday to provide a response and the Trump administration until June 9.
