Chelsea completed the signing of 30 million pounds for Epswich Liam Dilab.

The 22 -year -old signed a contract at Stamford Bridge until 2031.

Chelsea paid the requirement for a DELAP release of 30 million pounds, which was activated after the Premier League in iPSWich, with the benefit of the Blues from Manchester United and Newcastle.
