While President Donald Trump will host the events on Saturday to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the United States Army, a new national poll indicates that more Americans are likely to agree that the president’s decision to hold a military procession will not be rejected.

But six out of 10 Americans are concerned about the cost of the offer, saying it is “not a good use” of government money, according to the Associated Press Public Research Center.

Trump, who celebrates his seventy -ninth birthday, is scheduled to deliver a speech during the show, which will be held on Saturday evening along the National Trade Center in Washington, DC.

Defense officials say that nearly 6,600 soldiers will walk in the show, with about 50 military aircraft and 150 vehicles, including tanks, missile launchers and missiles, says defense officials. The army says it spends between 25 to 45 million dollars to pay for the offer, which includes repairing the streets of the capital, which was affected by the tanks.

Trump defended the cost of the offer, saying last month in an interview with “Meet The Press” from NBC that “Sudanese beans will be compared to the value of doing so.”

“We have the greatest missile in the world. We have the greatest submarine in the world. We have the greatest army tanks in the world. We have the greatest weapons in the world. We will celebrate it,” the president said.

But some in congress criticizes the offer, saying that money can be spent better.

“If it is really related to the celebration of military families, we can put $ 30 million to help them compensate for the cost of child care, food assistance and academic fees,” said Senator Tami Dakright, a military warrior who lost her legs as her legs in social media.

“But this is not. Trump throws himself a $ 30 million birthday offer only to hit his ego,”

According to the poll, 40 % of adults in the country agreed to the military parade, with 29 % of the rejection, and three out of 10 do not agree or refuse.

There was an expected partisan gap, as two -thirds of the Republicans agreed to the president’s move to hold the show, and the half of the Democrats refused.

But in a separate question, 60 % of those surveyed said that the offer contract was not a good use of government funds, with a difference of 38 %.

Nearly two -thirds of the Republicans said that the offer was a good use of government money, while eight out of 10 Democrats.

The White House said, in a statement, that the show “will be a unified celebration not only the thousands of people present, but the Americans throughout the country who can participate in honoring our soldiers in active service, warriors, and fallen heroes.”

Activists supporting democracy, progressive, and the Party of Workers in all fifty states will coincide with Saturday, which will coincide with Trump’s military procession. Many are part of a series of “No Kings” protests throughout the country, with more than 1500 paths scheduled this week.

However, the organizers decided not to hold a major protest in the country’s capital, and instead they will keep their main event in Philadelphia.
