Recycled Polyester Saved This American Factory. Environmentalists Hate It

There are (very expensive) methods for the treatment of wastewater for 1,4-dioxan, so how the following regulations will affect the UNIFI, especially since the Environmental Protection Agency does not seem eager to carry out any organization of toxic chemical exposure.
