Ukrainian President Foludmir Zelinski thanked President Donald Trump after his speech on Wednesday at the NATO summit in the Netherlands – months after the Vice Vice President JD VANCE was summoned to Zelenskyy for not expressing more gratitude for the US support for Kev because it is Moscow’s battles.

When Zelinski visited the White House in February, he erupted frankly with Trump and Fans in the Oval Office for engaging in diplomacy with Russia to end the conflict, which prompted Vans to ask the Ukrainian leader if he “said” Thank you for this entire meeting. “

But on Wednesday, Zellinski was keen to thank Trump and the United States in a post on X after their meeting in The Hague.

“We really covered all important issues. I thank the President, and I thank the United States. We discussed how to achieve a ceasefire and real peace,” Zelinski said in a publication on Wednesday. “We talked about how to protect our people. We appreciate attention and willingness to help approach peace. You will follow the details.”

The Trump, Fase and Zelinski office meeting began in February after Zelinski challenged Vannes’s statements that diplomacy was a correct way to end the conflict. Zelinski wondered about the value of diplomacy, noting that Russian President Vladimir Putin broke other agreements in the past.

“What kind of diplomacy, dinars, are you talking?” Zelinski said. “What do you mean?”

“I am talking about the type of diplomacy that will end the destruction of your country.”

“Sir, with respect, I think it is not respectable to come to the Oval Office to try to litigate this in front of the American media,” Vans said. “At the present time, you wander, comrades and force the recruits on the front lines because you have problems in the workforce. You should thank the president for bringing him, for bringing him to this country.”

In the aftermath of the tense exchange, Trump announced the suspension of peace negotiations and said that Zelinski could return to the White House when he was “ready” for peace. Immediately after leaving the White House, Zelinski released a publication on X to the United States, Trump, congress and the American people for Ukraine support.

Although Zelenskyy and Trump continued to exchange harsh criticisms in each other after visiting the Oval Office, they later spoke over the phone and met personally in Saint Peter, Bachelaica, Vatican during the funeral of Pope Francis in April.

“Vladimir Putin was more difficult,” Trump told reporters on Wednesday. “Frankly, I faced some problems with Zelenskyy. You may have read about it, and it was more difficult than other wars.”

However, Trump said his meeting with Zelenskyy went smoothly, and that he would talk to Putin as well.

“He is very nice, in fact,” Trump said. “Sometimes harsh. It couldn’t have been more beautiful. I think he wanted to see an end to this.”
