The Trump administration submitted a request to the courts to suspend a temporary restriction (TRO), which was issued on Friday against the enforcement of immigration and customs (ICE), which probably ruled constitutional protection through immigration enforcement practices in Los Angeles.
In an order of 53 pages issued on Friday, the American boycott judge prohibited Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong, one of the appoinals of Biden, ICE from conducting stations in the areas of the Central Country in California unless the agents had “reasonable doubts” that the person in the country is illegal.
Fripong rule explicitly prohibits ice from dependence only on race or ethnicity, or Spanish or English speaking with a tone, location, or type of work when forming doubts, indicating the fourth amendment.
In its file on Monday, the Trump administration said that the lawsuit was originally filed by three individual foreigners who were asking for their release from the detention of immigration.

“However, it seems to seek to manipulate the judicial mission, the lawyer of the original petitions filed a modified complaint, adding a group of new individual and organizational prosecutors, which led to the settlement of the regular challenges to enforce federal immigration in the Los Angeles region,” the Trump administration wrote. “A day later, on the eve of the July 4 holiday, they submitted an” emergency “proposal from the EX party asking the court to impose a direct judicial order that would significantly restrict the government’s ability to stop and detain anyone on suspicion of illegally occurring in the United States.
The Trump administration also said that the court only gave them working days to respond to hundreds of pages of discovery.
The Trump administration said: “The result is a comprehensive judicial matter at the boycott level threatening to enforce legal immigration by suspending the Seif Damocles of contempt for every migration station,” the Trump administration said. “The government is seeking to obtain an immediate residency of this matter that cannot be defended while awaiting appeal, and administrative residence in the meantime.”
The Trump administration has argued that Freemong ignored the recent Supreme Court ruling that included the president who rejects comprehensive orders – the judge’s ruling on Friday was not at the country, but rather focused on Los Angeles and the California Central Region.

“There is a justification for immediate relief here not only because of the size of the legal errors of the court, but also its practical consequences for separating the powers and the sovereign authority of the government,” says a file. “The provincial judge cannot be defended” to restructure the operations of “federal immigration applications and rape”, the ongoing judicial supervision of the agency naturally, correctly, supervised by the executive branch. “
Frimpong presided over a hearing on Thursday as she thought about granting the request that will have great effects on the enforcement of immigration in California, a state that has become a pivotal point in the aggressive deportation plans of President Donald Trump.
The judge heard arguments about whether TRO should be granted against ICE because of the allegations that the agency violates the constitutional rights while arresting migration.

Fribong said during the session on Thursday that she was tending to grant Tru on Friday.
“I think it is important for the court not to burden legal enforcement activities,” the judge said.
The case was initially brought in in June as a routine petition of three detainees, but it joined a heavy lawsuit that challenges the way ICE works.
On Friday, the mayor of Los Angeles Karen Bass praised the decision of the Federal Court to issue a temporary restriction order that described what she described as “unconstitutional and reckless raids under the Trump administration.”
Federal procedures have been described as the aggressive and harmful Los Angeles adherence and reaffirms the protection of the rights of its residents.
Immigration rights and local governments groups, including Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Collever and West Hollywood, interfered in the case and provided the countries led by Democrats as a summary of their support.

The alleged prosecutors in court papers said that the ice is the “brilliant” who throw people with “brown skin” in home warehouses, car wash, farmer and more. Lawyers wrote that the authorities made arrests without “reasonable doubt” and sometimes the American citizens arrest in this process, all in violation of the fourth amendment.
Prosecutors argued that the Trump administration gave ICE an unrealistic share of 3000 detention per day, causing officers to pressure to detonate the previous legal requirements to achieve these numbers.
Meanwhile, the Trump administration ignores allegations and denies any violations.
