Tips for traveling to Sevilla, Spain

If you are planning a trip to Seville, I have collected my most important tips depending on whether you are in the city on a short trip, a longer stay, and some things I hope to know.
Hello friends! I hope you will spend a great week yet! This is the last participation in my travel chain (we made a naval trip to Spain, Italy and France + Time in Barcelona and four weeks in Seville) and things will return to our regularly scheduled programs here. As you know, until I plan for my next, immovable trip Lol.
Today I wanted to share some of the things that I learned about Seville: Things to know, restaurants/favorite sites, and tips that I had to learn in the difficult way. I divided it into two parts; The first is if you plan a shorter trip (a week or so) and for longer trips (3-4+ weeks).
Tips for travel to Seville, Spain
Short trip:
language:
If you are traveling to Spain, I think it is worth learning completely that you will use. This book is very useful and also recommends working with a teacher if possible. Josep is my current school and is amazing! Although I found that a few people in Spain know the English language, many of them do not know. It should be noted that at least how to get to the place you want to go in a taxi, how to order food and drinks, ask the bill, ask where the bathrooms are, and a polite conversation, etc.
It should also be noted that in Seville, they will use extensive versions of phrases, which are informal and enjoyable:
–
– Hasta Luego (I see you later) = Luego
– Buenos Días (Good Morning) = Buenas (but you can say Buenas at any time of the day instead of HELLO)
– Gracías (Thank you) = Gracía
We also expect to hear and use “Vale” a lot. It can be in agreement, well, do you understand? (Vale?), Are you ready? (Vale?), I am ready (Sí, Vale), let’s go (Vale!), Etc.
Wearing comfortable shoes!
There is a lot of walking, which is one of my favorite things. I like to explore new places on foot. The streets are packed with gravel and sometimes unequal, so stay away from the heels. Sports and gentle sandals are always a good option. You can swap sandals more amazing or Espadrille for dinner. I live in Vegas when we are in Europe!
conditioning
AC is more rare, even in restaurants and shops. Get a nice fan and will suit it! Since we are from AZ and loved hot yoga, the heat did not bother me much at all, but the children were melting. It has ended up going to Alehop to get P A Mister and the neck fan.
Reservations:
Book any reservations and tickets to eat in advance.
Some of my favorite situations:
Royal Kazar
Museo Del Baile Flamenco
Las Sitas
Plaza Spain
Triana market
Cathedral
Flamenco in Las Setas, Casa De La Memoria or La Cabonería (Bar with Flamnco improvised offers)
Restaurants
Tips for eating:
– If you want water, be sure to determine if you want the Augua Con (sparkling) or natural (still).
– Cafes are often asked if the AQUí paragraph (to eat there) or the Llevar paragraph (to go). Although it is not a big deal for smaller sites, some restaurants do not offer meals abroad or will charge fees for supplies – only something to consider. Funds that adhere to the meal are not common, so you have to ask and expect to pay a little (. 50-1 euros) for eating supplies abroad.
The tipping is still unexpected here, but it is appreciated. My friend in Barcelona said to prepare the euro or two if you feel the service was excellent/higher.
– Request Tinto de Verano instead of Sangria. It is less sweet, very good and refreshing. I also strongly recommend obtaining a bottle of albariño wine.
Paella is a more common lunch, not dinner. 😉
Our best restaurants in Seville:
– Mochambo lunch
– Clover 8 for cocktails and dinner
-Bitira for cocktails and dinner
– El Rinconcillo for lunch or dinner
– Maria Trevlka for a romantic dinner
– Cantabota (Incredible Michelin Star experience that we enjoyed)
-Gluten -free bakery
– Component – Little Breakfast Café
Long -journey:
Since we were in Seville for four weeks, we have reached an experience that might be * living * there for a short period, with a lot of stopping time, grocery shopping, cooking in Airbnb, washing clothes, and we do not feel that we are in a hurry to do everything.
Grocery shopping tips:
We have ended in shopping most of the days because they are in summer and children light for the ton, but also so that we can see what was new and good. When we are outside the city (especially for long trips), we try to go out to a maximum of 1x a day (perhaps a snack or ice cream as well) because it can become very expensive and do not feel the best of our best restaurant meals.
Also, vegetables are a kind of rare here in restaurants. It is not the standard to go to restaurants and see many aspects of vegetables or salads in the list. I just tried to eat a snack on them and cook them in Airbnb when I can, just get some nutrients and additional fibers.
Shopping production:
You need to wear gloves to touch any products, and put the product in a production bag. Once it is filled, take it to a nearby dining scale for his weight. You can find the product you weigh on the screen, press the button, and the artery code sticked to connect the production bag.
Bring your own bags.
They have bags available, but you have to pay for them, and it is only easier to deceive load bags in your luggage to use them as beach bags, pools and scaffold.
Some of our nutrients:
fruits
Vegetables, chickpeas, or gouchamols for snorkeling
Gluten -free Picot and Nutella
A refrigerated Spanish tortilla (very good)
Yogurt
egg
Chips and bars
Peanut
I also brought daily support for feeding and truvani from home so that I could
washing machine:
We usually plan to do washing if possible when we travel because we do not have to pack a lot! Bring our laundry pods from the house. (I use the Rosey brand of Thrive Market.)
It is worth noting here that the dryers are not common in Spain. You line up your clothes outside. To be honest, I actually love this. The sun dries very quickly and feels a look and clean! The only problems is that the towels get a little crunchy 😉 Airbnb we had a washing machine and a drying lobe that I would like to move to the surface to dry our clothes.
The surface ended up locking for a while, so they dried up in the living room on the drying shelf:
Airbnb:
If you live longer, I definitely recommend finding a place with AC (worth it in summer) and a courtyard or in a place to relax outside. This was my only regret with our Airbnb. It was very nice, but it’s too small because I thought we would be out most of the time. We ended up spending a lot of time there, and I liked to have a little yard or somewhere to relax abroad while girls sleep in the frequency or relaxing current.
Trash + Recycling:
It is different from the states! Most sites have a garbage site in the neighborhood, where it will be from the garbage and recycling. I was always affected by recycling here with a glass basket, pad, paper/carton, food pieces, and varied.
Hammamet:
It should be noted here that you cannot wipe any toilet paper below most of the toilets in Seville. There is usually a large trash can next to the toilet paper or anything else that you need to throw. The tubes are very old and can easily block. Sometimes, public baths do not have a toilet paper, so it is easy to have a group of tissues and sterilizers in your bag.
random:
Eating Jamòn. I do not eat pork in the United States, but you can bet on a booty spoil I have greatly every day in Spain.
– Get apartments in Flabelus !! (They go to young people. I am usually 38 years and the size of up to 39)
– Check Mira Mira to get high but very nice jewelry
Get some Bon Bonns and Turrón chocolate in chocolate stores.
– Buy some of the best olive oil (which you can actually order on Amazon but still!)
-Order carrillada (pork cheek with a red sauce to reduce wine … to die for)
Walk to Triana to browse all handcrafted ceramics!
Well, I think this is more than my advice … now !!
If you go to Seville, you have the best time. It is really a magic place with a great culture, very friendly people, great food, and picturesque scenes. You will intend it.
Well, friends: What is on your travel list now? Which Spilla Recs to add it?
xo
