On Monday, the Ministry of Justice asked the Supreme Court to be denied Jeffrey Epstein of the resumption of Gilan Maxwell for its condemnation of sex, a step that comes with the launch of the administration recently because of its dealings with the files of the Ibstein case.

Maxwell, 63, was convicted by a jury in New York in 2021 of five charges that include sex and conspiracy. She was sentenced to 20 years in prison.

Maxwell has resumed its condemnation, saying that he should be delivered for several reasons, including the Epstein Acknowledged Approval with the federal government in 2007, and the laws of restrictions have run out.

The American Court of Appeal for the second department refused to appeal, but Maxwell argued that the court’s courts had issued different orders on the type of immunity that are granted through untersnown agreements, such as Epsin, which he received in 2007, and that the Supreme Court should weigh.

Maxwell is serving the prison sentence in Talhaasi, Florida. It is scheduled to end in 2037.

The Ministry of Justice’s response to the Supreme Court comes after the administration recently sparked anger between a faction of President Donald Trump’s supporters by announcing the absence of new information for the issue related to the Ibstein case. In 2019, Epsin was accused of sexual intercourse with minor women, but he died before he was able to trial. The authorities ruled that his death was caused by suicide.

Lawyer David Oscar Marcus said: “I will be surprised if President Trump knows that his lawyer is asking the Supreme Court to allow the government to dismantle a deal.” “He is the finalist maker – and I am sure that he agrees that when the United States gives its word, it must preserve it. With all talking about who is tried and not, it is not fair in particular that Gisslan Maxwell remain in prison based on the promise of the government.”
