Mistral AI gives Le Chat voice recognition and deep research tools

Mistral AI updated Le Chat with sound recognition, deep search tools and other features to make Chatbot a more useful help.

The company believes that the best artificial intelligence aides should help you dive into your thoughts and keep the conversation flow. In the words of Mistral Ai, Chatbots be at its best when “they allow you to go more in your thinking, keep your conversation flow, and maintain the continuity of context.”

The prominent feature, although it is playing to some extent to catch up with competitors, is to put “deep search”. Think about it to convert the chat to your personal search assistant.

When you ask a complex question, the deep search tool divides it, finds reliable sources, then builds an organized report with the references, making it easy to follow. Mistral designed it to feel that you are working with a very organized partner, which helps you deal with everything from market trends to scientific topics.

Supported by the strong new Mistral AI audio model called Voxtral, the audio mode allows for low-constructive natural conversations-which means that you can speak to Le Chat without a temporary stop.
