Somnee Smart Sleep Headband Review: High-Tech Help

I have struggled With insomnia as long as I can remember. I mainly tried every help in the market, in addition to that I need a sound machine, a sleeping mask, a shedding surfing, and likely to start to start trying to sleep. So I decided to try something new.

Somnee claims that stimulation is dedicated in actual time, responds and transforms on the basis of mental rhythms, in order to make the perfect brain for a comfortable night sleep. The wearable technology is connected to the application (the desired subscription, see below), where you can monitor the “stage” from the session in which you are, display the session reports, register your sleep magazine, and follow the sleep trends over time.

In general, I found myself sleeping urgently on the nights in which I used the device, but it is not necessarily to keep asleep properly throughout the night. I am skeptical of the extent of allocating electrical stimulus sessions, but Somnee was successful in making me fool. Although perhaps not in the way the company meant. Most of all, I found that Somnee was a great way to improve my sleep-prepared hygiene, survival with the pre-rich routine and the age of wind practices to organize the body to be ready to sleep.

Somnee uses sensors and algorithms to obtain a general map of your mind and submit a 15 -minute electrical motivation session. The stimulation of the device in an actual time interacts with the rhythms of each individual in the brain to optimize the “stalemate of sleep, duration and depth,” according to Somnee.
