Clinic staff facing federal charges for interfering with ICE in California

Exclusive: The federal authorities arrested a clinic in Ontario, California, allegedly interfering in the arrest of the enforcement of immigration and customs, while the last remains in general.

Criminal orders were signed by American judge judge Sherry Pim to two employees, Jose de Jesus Ortega and Daniel Nadine Davila, claiming that “the attack on the susceptibility of attack, disabled, and interference with a federal officer.

Ortega was arrested on Friday morning, Davila remains as a whole and is currently being requested by law enforcement.

In LinkedIn, Davilla has been listed as an approved surgical technique at the center, specifically in the criminal complaint that she put her hands on the ice officer and distributed herself between him and Guilllen-Solis.

Michelle Rodriguez, a member of the California Democratic parliament, which represents Ontario, spoke against ice after the accident.

“It is destroyed to see the effect of ice on our societies,” Rodriguez said in a statement.

“While I support law enforcement officers who act with integrity and support the law, I will never condone these harsh and illegal procedures. Without accountability, we are left with armed men in masks who run people from the street – this is not safety, not justice, and this is not the one we must be.”
