5 Ways to Reset your Mindset to Stay Focused on your Goals

We are officially in the 4th week of Summer challengeAnd if you feel that your motives fade or do not shoot as you are in the first week, then there is nothing wrong!
It is common for the motivation to fade, but it is extremely important to top it so that you can continue to crush your goals. This is the place Truly It happens, not only in your body, but in your mind.
Here are tips on how to reset your mind so that you can finish these past few weeks!
1. Get rid of the mentality of “all or nothing”
He missed the exercise? Eating something not on your plan? Your steps were ever over?
This is good. Things happen. You are a human being.
This challenge does not revolve around being perfect. It comes to building consistency and appearing over and over again, even after a setback. One day does not back down from all your progress. Quitting smoking. Leave the guilt and continue to move forward.
2. Focus on the non -scale victory
The scale is one (very small) scale for success. What turned?
-
Are your energy levels higher?
-
Do you sleep better?
-
Is your intense desire more managed?
-
Do you stick to your goals for a longer period of time?
This victory is a matter. In fact, they are more important. Start tracking the progress you feel, not just what you see.
3. Reconsider “Why”
I started this challenge for some reason. Perhaps the feeling of more confidence. To enhance your energy. To finally stick to a plan.
Take a few minutes today to Relax with your reason. Write it. Say it loud. Put it on a sticky note and put it somewhere you will see for the rest of this challenge. When the motivation fades, what makes you the remainder.
4. The shift from the result to identity
Instead of saying, “I want to lose weight,” say, “I have become a priority for her health.”
Instead of “I want to be fit”, say “I am a kind of woman who does not give up herself.”
Transform your concentration of what you want to become strong. It makes your daily habits feel more than you are instead of what you do.
5. Celebrate the extent you reached
I reached the fourth week. This is a big problem. Most people do not take the step and start. But you did. It has appeared. And still appear.
Take a moment and be proud of that. Then use it as evidence that you can end this challenge stronger than it started.
Ready to reset you?
Let this be your moment for re -appointment, and re -focus, and Continue to pay forward. I have come to stop now. Let’s finish these last few weeks with intent, strength and confidence.
I got this.
