Electronic Merchant Systems buys payment platform Paysley

Electronic Merchant Systems (EMS) acquired Paysley, a payment platform known for its capacity omnichannel.

The financial conditions of the deal are still not announced.

Paysley will now act as an entirely owned by EMS, however it will retain its operating independence and continue its direct commercial operations and partnerships with agents, ISOS and ISVS.

Paysley platform features extend to multiple commercial processes such as bills, inventory control, personal transactions, and digital marketing efforts.

It facilitates ways such as text -based bills, the integration of a quick response code, and safe mobile devices.

The Paysley TAP has recently provided the feature of iPhone users, which enhances the payment group based on the core group.
