Hello friends! Happy Friday! How was the week?

I am sorry for the disappearance of this week. I just needed to breathe again. The pilot went – he returned today! – I was making girls ready to return to school, but also … I was suffering from a small blog crisis. I had one before, and it was only one of those weeks where I was in a little fang. I have come back and missing you all <3

We are trying to find our grooves here with the life of airlines, but it was definitely cooler than military life and the leader. I have been waiting for a long time until I am already here and I am very happy. Just an attempt to establish our new routine. I started at home again on Monday (here we go!) And I will share what we planned for – a lot of fun things in the future.

(Jell-O Arms Pilates this week. We wore arm weights all the time and Vierryyyy.)

The meal prepared me during these individual weeks and motherhood, although we ate all fruits within 3 days. 😉

Fitness, health and good eating:

We had the family during the weekend last weekend and we had breakfast for dinner. It was a huge blow and such an explosion. We made two Spanish tortilla,
