Hasbro’s Great ‘Star Wars’ SDCC Figures Are Going to Be Easier to Get—But With Some Big Caveats

Earlier this summer, Hasbro SDCC dazzled with exclusive Star Wars Celebration package Revenge from SethThe twentieth anniversary. The good news is, if you only want the numbers included from Anakin and OBI-Wan, they are coming. Bad news is … well, you lose a lot in this process if you miss a group of selling it now.

During the weekend at Fan Expo Canada, HASBRO confirmed that the newly updated black characters from Anakin and OBI-Lan, which were first released in the exclusive SDCC package earlier this summer, will receive standard retail versions later this year. Each of them is assigned to retail trade for $ 25, as both Anakin and OBI-Lan come with lights for each of them, and … that’s all.

Now, don’t understand me wrong; As, it can be said that these are some of the best versions Revenge from Seth Editions of these characters HASBRO at all. The new head names are great. The plastic material from their Jedi jackets no longer hinders the enhanced range of movement given by the updated butterfly shoulder joints, so that Jedi can carry their lamps in the two hands grip. But will any value really get lost if the regular versions of these numbers come at least with alternative heads? In the era of uncertainty in customs tariffs, was that too much to compensate for the current standard pricing of the black chain, or could the SDCC group could make less “special”?

At the end of the day, at least no one who missed or does not want to pay the huge price during the Comic-Con, still can get bits that are really of interest: the numbers themselves. Black New Series Anakin and OBI-Lan will rise for pre-order tomorrow, August 26, from 1 pm at Hasbro Pulse and other retailers.
