The Georgia State Court, Volton County’s lawyer, Vanny Willis, ordered a new search for records related to her criminal case against President Donald Trump after finding that her research methods were insufficient.
The last order from the Supreme Court Judge in Volton Province stems from a hunt for months by the conservative judicial clock to obtain contacts between the Willis office and the January 6 selection committee, as well as the former lawyer team Jack Smith.
This is the last setback in the Willis case after the judge ordered its office in January to pay about 22,000 dollars as legal fees for judicial monitoring, and found that it failed to fully respond to the initial open records requests in the Supervisory Authority.

Tom Viton, head of judges, told Fox News Digital that his organization is digging for Willis Etisalat because he believes the provincial lawyer is incorrectly coordinating with the federal government to accuse Trump during the 2020 elections.
Viton said: “The lawsuit revolves around any collusion and cooperation with congress and the Ministry of Justice, Jacques Smith, and we did not see the documents, but they appear that there was because their presence indicates that they were talking to them.”
In response to a question about the reason for Willis’s communication with the January 6 Committee or Smith outside the line, Viton said that the mere existence of interactions showed that Willis’s work was lacking independence and that her accusation against Trump and 18 again was a “political process” instead of “a sincere and good -term process.”
“See, if Nancy Pelosi and Adam Chef are giving this investigation, you can be sure that he is unreliable,” Viton said, referring to the former Speaker of the House of Representatives and a member of a committee on January 6 in a row.
Trump says the chanting of the exclusion of “corrupt” Vanie Willis, that the case is “completely dead.”

The judge said that his order was in response to a written certificate by Willis, who failed to address the searches for the main devices belonging to the former Public Prosecutor of the Volton Nathan Province and the Senate of investigators, Michael Hill, both of whom were an integral part of collecting evidence in the investigation of Trump’s alleged sabotage of the 2020 election in Georgia.
The court raised questions about whether their records were discussed, saying that the communications may have been ignored and that Willis must respond within 14 days with a more comprehensive report on its research methods.

In March 2025, the court ordered Willis to produce 212 pages of the latter records after the Willis office initially denied its existence. However, the new demand directs Willis to clarify the search protocols used for Hill and WAD records.
Willis faced the massive external audit of lawyers and the legislative body of Georgia regarding its achievement and Trump’s trial.

Willis Trump and 18 defendants in August 2023 were accused of blackmail and other violations during the 2020 elections, but the case decreased significantly due to guilt and absolute charge deals.
Ultimately, the Georgia Appeal Court resulted in the exclusion of Willis from the case, as she submitted her own romantic relationship with Wadi a conflict of interests. The case has been accompanied indefinitely since the ruling.
