Amtrak advertises free baggage for passengers as airlines end popular perk

Amtrak, the National Railways Company in America, is benefiting from airlines that announce changes to the desired passenger privileges.

A few hours after the Southwest announced that it will not provide two free bags examined for most passengers who start in May, Amtrak boasted its luggage policy in a post on X.

“I think we are the only ones who are doing free luggage,” the train company wrote.
