Megan Thee Stallion took the witness stand in federal court in Miami on Thursday, November 20, ABC News reported. Meg, whose real name is Megan Pete, told the court she believed Milagro Grams created a space for people to talk negatively about her. “I felt like no one cared about shooting me.” Meg shared. “I know everyone was making jokes about it.”

She also emotionally recalled social media posts allegedly promoted by Milagro’s account, which she believes cast doubt on her story and caused her emotional distress. Additionally, the rapper mentioned questioning her place in the world.

“There was a time when I didn’t really care if I lived or died. I felt like it didn’t matter anyway. I shouldn’t even be living. I don’t want to be here. I was so tired of waking up. I just wanted to die. I’m so tired of being alive,” Meghan reportedly said while on stage.

Here’s what Milagro Grams said during her testimony

Earlier in the week, Milagro Grams took the stand during the Miami trial, admitting that she discussed Meg’s shooting on social media. She added that she spoke with Lenz, hoping that he would be a guest on her platform. Grams said Tori paid her money, but she claims the money went toward personal things like her children’s birthdays and promotional work.

The jury reportedly saw social media posts where Grams said Megan was not shot. When asked by the court if she believed Meg had been shot, Grams responded in the negative — claiming that Meg had merely stepped on the glass, which was the same story Meg had initially given police. “I can’t say she lied about it because I wasn’t there.” Milagro told the court.

While serving time for the alleged shooting death of Megan Thee Stallion in 2020, Tory Lanez sat for three depositions in regards to Meg’s case against Grams. During the rapper’s recent deposition, he reportedly refused to answer questions about Meg’s lawsuit against Milagro, prompting the judge to hold him in contempt of court. According to Rolling Stone, Judge Lizette M. Reed issued her ruling on November 16 after Lanez made her third appearance in prison. Toure allegedly agreed to pay the fines, saying he was a “millionaire and didn’t care.”

He also refused to explain how he met Milagro. He refused to reveal whether he communicated with her via text messages or social media. Lanez now owes Meg’s attorney $20,000 for his non-compliance, according to ABC News.

At this time, Meg has been reported to be seeking an unspecified amount from Grams in:

“Compensatory damages, punitive damages, statutory damages, attorneys’ fees, costs, interest, and all other just and appropriate damages, plus a declaratory judgment to remedy [the] Defendant’s unlawful conduct.”
