Lily Allen and David Harbor have listed their Carroll Gardens home for just under $8 million months after announcing their divorce.
Their Brooklyn, New York, estate, which was listed by Carl Gambino of The Gambino Group at Compass, went on the market in October for $7.99 million. Harbor and Allen’s former home, redesigned by AD100 designer Billy Cotton and Ben Bischoff of architecture firm MADE, spans four floors and has five bedrooms and four bathrooms, according to the listing.
It has been described as a property with “traditional English charm, modern Brooklyn sensibilities, and a rich Italian influence.”

Upon entering the house, guests are greeted by a green carpet leading to a white staircase. A living room and chef’s kitchen are located on the first floor of the property. The house has a large breakfast nook next to the window.

The garden level offers another guest room and access to the patio. The basement includes a gym, multiple storage areas and a laundry room, according to the listing.
According to Realtor, the couple purchased the home in 2021 for $3.35 million. In 2023, the Stranger Things star and Allen opened up about their home to Architectural Digest, describing their home as a “mad, mad, mad, mad world.”

“Lily is someone who lives with color in a deeper way than anyone else,” he told the magazine. “Her taste is bold, silly, fun, and eccentric. It’s exciting.”
The couple’s brownstone hit the market shortly after Allen released her breakthrough album, “West End Girl,” which shared intimate details about the couple’s divorce. Allen mentioned Harbor’s alleged infidelity in the title song, while also addressing their home.
In the song, Allen said that buying the house was Harbor’s decision.
“Now I’m looking at four- or five-story houses / And I found us a brownstone, and I said, ‘Do you want that?’ “It’s yours.”

“So we went ahead and bought it / Found ourselves a good mortgage / Billy Cotton sorted / All the furniture needed / I could never afford this / You pay it forward / Made me a little embarrassed / Made me a little embarrassed,” Allen sang.
In February, sources confirmed to People magazine that Harbor and Allen had broken up. In 2020, the couple tied the knot in Las Vegas, where an Elvis Presley impersonator officiated their wedding.
