Supercomputer predicts final 2025-26 Premier League table after Chelsea hold Arsenal to draw at Stamford Bridge

A supercomputer has predicted what the Premier League table will look like at the end of the 2025-26 season following the epic Round 13 clash between Chelsea and Arsenal at Stamford Bridge. The Gunners are expected to win the league title, while the Blues are expected to ensure a top-three finish in the season.

On Sunday 30 November, Enzo Maresca’s side proved their mettle as potential league contenders by holding Mikel Arteta’s side to a 1-1 draw with ten men. As the first half of the season comes to a close, the league is starting to take shape.

According to a report by GIVEMESPORT, the Opta supercomputer has predicted how the 20 teams will place in the standings by the end of the season. The computer predicted that Arsenal would win the league with 81 points, while Manchester City would occupy second place, nine points behind the current leaders.

Chelsea is expected to occupy third place with 66 points, while defending champion Liverpool is expected to secure fourth place despite their current struggles. Aston Villa and Brighton & Hove Albion complete the top six.

Ruben Amorim’s Manchester United are expected to finish in the top half this time around (54 points), but only above Brentford in 10th place. Meanwhile, Newcastle United and Crystal Palace are expected to finish seventh and eighth respectively above the Red Devils.

Tottenham Hotspur ranks 12th behind Bournemouth. The computer also predicted that Leeds United, Burnley and Wolverhampton Wanderers would be relegated to the second division when the league ends in May 2026.

Micah Richards snubs Chelsea as he names Arsenal’s closest rivals

Pundit Micah Richard does not believe Chelsea can challenge Arsenal for the Premier League title this season. He stressed that Manchester City is the only one capable of giving the Gunners a run for their money in the title race

talking on Rest is football The former Manchester City defender said:

“I think Chelsea can challenge them, but I don’t think they have enough. I think Manchester City is still the one who can challenge them all the way, even though they concede easy goals by their standards. I say that because they have someone like Haaland, who didn’t score against Leeds, but Foden has stepped up.”

The Blues have had an up-and-down form this season, but their recent strong outings have put them in the title race discussions. Meanwhile, Arsenal, who have finished runners-up in the past three seasons, are favorites to win the title.
