When their courtroom showdown should start

Elon Musk and Sam Altman finally found a joint field of agreement – that the trial to settle their differences on the future of Catching Creator Openai should start in December.

The proposal came in a joint file on Friday from Musk, Altman, Openai and other namely defendants, including Microsoft (MSFT). They asked for two weeks from December 8.

According to Musk, Altman also violated laws against unfair competition by connecting the “La Competitors” decree to current and potential investors in Openai and allowing the interlocking board positions between Openai and Microsoft.
