He was arrested upon his return to the United States on charges of human smuggling arising from the 2022 traffic station in Tennesse. He remained in federal detention until Friday, when he was released from the American reservation and ordered to return to Maryland, where a judge said he could remain under electronic monitoring and under the supervision of ice while waiting for the trial.

Ice Garcia’s lawyer officials shortly after his release on Friday that they intend to deport him to Uganda, an East African country that reached an agreement with the United States last week to accept migrants deported by the Trump administration.

The notification, which Ice Office sent to the main legal advisor, said that it was supposed to be “a notice that the Ministry of National Security may remove your client, Kilmar Armando Arago Garcia, to Uganda earlier in 72 hours from now (absentee weekends).”

Tom Human told Trump Fox News in an interview on Sunday night that Abugo Garcia was “absolutely” would be deported from the United States, and said Uganda “on the table” as a third country of removal.

“We have an agreement with them,” Homan said in an interview with “The Big Weekend Show”.

“He will be deported at all,” repeat Human.
