AG Bondi launches probe into DEI admissions policies at California universities

Public Prosecutor Pam Bondi ordered investigations to review compliance on Thursday to admission policies at Stanford University and multiple University of California.
The investigation, headed by the Civil Rights Department at the Ministry of Justice, will discuss the policies of diversity, fairness and integration (Dei) in Stanford; University of California, Berkeley; UCLA and the University of California, Irvin.
After the United States Supreme Court’s decision on fair admission students against the president and a fellow at Harvard University, colleges and universities are prohibited from using DEI to accept admission.

The Ministry of Justice requests compliance.
“president [Donald] Bondi said Trump is dedicated to ending illegal discrimination and restoring merit opportunities throughout the country. Every student in America deserves to be judged only for their hard work, thought and personality, and not the color of his skin. “
For decades, the “elite colleges and universities” gave “the priorities of racist classes on equality in opportunities,” according to a press statement issued by the Public Affairs Office of the Ministry of Justice.

“The Ministry of Justice will put an end to a shameful system in which a person’s race is more than his ability,” said Acting Attorney General Chad Mizel. “Every college and university must know that the illegal discrimination in admission will be investigated and viewed.”
