On Tuesday, October 21, celebrity trainer Janet Jenkins took to Instagram to share a clip of her candid session with Nia Long and her friend Daphne Wayans. Furthermore, Jenkins commented on the clip, saying: “So how did they perform? I told @iamnialong and @daphnewayans they don’t have to do their final set if they’re backup dancers! #Love#stephaniemillschallenge #goodvibes”

It’s worth noting that the “Backup Dancer Challenge” has apparently sprung up on social media by content creators asking their friends and family to dance in their background while lip-syncing to a song of their choice. In this clip, Jenkins, Long and Wayans also appear to incorporate the “Stephanie Mills Challenge,” which went viral with a remix of her 1980 hit song, “I Never Knew Love Like This,” causing a stir on social media.
