Josh Hawley draws line on Medicaid cuts, urges GOP to follow Trump’s lead

Senator Josh Holie again drew a line in the sand on the proposed discounts of Medicid’s benefits, warned his colleagues against following President Donald Trump’s progress and leaving the health care program widely used.

The Senate committees, led by Republicans, have spent the past few weeks since the House of Representatives has developed its copy of the “big and beautiful draft law” of the President, and it is their amendments to the huge draft law, but a lot of focus on the work implemented by the Finance Committee in the Senate.

Holie said that the addition was definitely a desalination of its support, taking into account that the action was “a leading legislative priority for two years so far.” However, medicaid is one of its best issues in the broader reconciliation battle.
