Tal, who was an activist for anti -Israel students since October 7, 2023, praised Hamas attacks, “Resistance” against Israel several times at his X. Although he accepted a student visa in 2022, Taal also published his “hatred” of the United States and called for the “end of the American Empire.”

Hundreds of Cornell University students, graduates and faculty members held a group to support Taal – which was not present for the demonstration – last week.

“I am safe. I’m fine. I am waiting for my time to listen to the court,” Tal wrote at X Publishing on Sunday.

A document entitled “Cornellians Jews with Momodou Taal” is also distributed between students and university employees and has less than 50 signatures.

“The Ministry of Justice” was already fighting in court to defend the agenda of President Trump and will continue to do so, especially when it comes to protecting the Jewish Americans. “

The proposal comes after Taal, along with two other students, filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration earlier this month for the president’s executive orders that pledged to “combat anti -Semitism”, which they say violate the first amendment rights to protest against Israel.

“Immediate measures will be taken by the Ministry of Justice for the protection of law and order, and sabotage the supporters of Hamas and intimidation, and to investigate and punish the anti -Jewish racism in the faculties and universities against America.”

Another order included in the Taal suit includes “protecting the United States from foreign terrorists and other national security threats and public safety”, which seeks to enhance the examination and examination of individuals who seek to enter the United States

Ivy League schools and universities were the center of anti -Israel protests last year, with many cases of harassment of Jewish students, violent jokes and sabotage on the campus.

The TAAL case comes after the Trump administration, Mahmoud Khalil, targeted a student of Colombia and an explicit activist to combat Israeli, to deport this month. Khalil, who arrived in the United States with a student visa, accused by the Ministry of Justice of failure to reveal major details about the request of the green card, including his work with the United Nations Relief and Business Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) and a position in the British embassy in Lebanon.
