Aon appoints new leaders for reinsurance solutions division

AON has made leadership changes within the reinsurance solutions section, with the aim of enhancing the customer reinsurance services.

Steve Clark was appointed as a global president for demands and calling for customer services for reinsurance solutions, and Ann Field as a global president for the client’s experience.

Matt Moore will take over the role of the head of customer services and advocacy in North America for reinsurance solutions and David Griffiths as a global president of the demand and innovation strategy.

In his new role, Clark was assigned to oversee the global advocacy proposal, ensuring that customers provide support and experience in managing their claims.

His responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives across various geographical regions and solutions.

Field responsibilities include cooperation with the leaders of the product and customer sector to improve advocacy efforts, increase customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth.

It will also work in conjunction with the AON Technology, Business Services and Customer Defense Teams to enhance the customer services operation model.

Clark and Field will continue to reports to Leonura Sicardi, the international president for AON Customer Solutions to the President of Risk Capital and RINSURAUNCE Solutions.

Sicardi said: “Our customers face a very complex environment when managing their claims and accounts. AON recognizes the importance of developing our services continuously to face the new challenges and demands of our customers in the current total economic scene. These new dates will enable us to increase the value and flexibility for our customers.”

Moore, which provides reports to Clark, will be assigned to align the services of North America’s customers, including claims, accounting and side jobs with the global invitation framework for the insurance company.

He will also participate with technology and strategy teams to advance transformational changes within the region.

Griffits is responsible for improving the proposal of the company’s claims and supporting the initiatives related to demands on a broader scale.
