The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) in California filed a collective lawsuit against the Ministry of Internal Security (DHS) calling for an immediate cessation of what is described by illegal immigration raids through the Los Angeles region targeting migrants with “brown skin”.
Non -profit is accused the enforcement of immigration and customs (ICE) to carry out unconstitutional raids and then maintain immigrants in inhumane conditions without beds and deprivation of food and legal. Internal security denied all the claims in the lawsuit, saying that any accusations of racial description are “disgusting and definitely wrong.”
ICE has carried out comprehensive raids since June 6, as it arrested about 1500 immigrants, including Latin Day workers, car wash workers, farmers and sellers – all in an attempt to meet detention classes, and the broad states of the two appearances.

The script is fluctuated by Los Angeles Mayor after telling the authorities “Back to the Home”
“The raids in this boycott are a common and systematic pattern. Individuals with brown leather are approaching or aside by unidentified federal agents, suddenly, and with a presentation of strength and crime to answer questions about who they are and from where they are,” says the lawsuit.
“If they hesitate, try to leave, or do not answer questions to the satisfaction of the agents, they are detained, sometimes they are treated, or the hands are confined, and/or their detention. In these reactions, the agents usually have prior information about the individual and there is no matter of any kind.”
The lawsuit accuses the federal government of maintaining detainees in a crowded contract facility, referred to as “B-18”, inside the rooms without very crowded windows.
“In these bottles -like facilities, the conditions are effective and unconstitutional,” the lawsuit says.

In addition to seeking to ban raids, the lawsuit requires to enjoy ice for the use of the B-18 Center, where it is supposed to be a short-term ICE processing location, and that the federal government be legally responsible for systematic racist stereotypes and due legal violations.
Among the defendants are the Minister of Internal Security Christie Nayyim, Acting Director of Ice Todd Leon, Prosecutor Pam Bondi and several regional officials, CBP and the Federal Investigation Office in Los Angeles.
The lawsuit was filed by an alliance of individual immigrants and immigrant calling organizations, led by the American Civil Liberties Union and the non -profit general advisor, as well as other legal partners.
Los Angeles has become a battlefield in resisting President Donald Trump’s promise in the elections by implementing the largest deportation raids in the history of the United States. The protests in the city of the angels descended last month to riots, while the disintegrated instigators burned cars without a driver, harmed other properties and threw rocks in the transportation of law enforcement vehicles.
The lawsuit comes that between 150 to 200 anti -ice demonstrators closed the sixth street bridge in Los Angeles on Tuesday afternoon. The bridge connects the center of Los Angeles and Pilos Heights early.
The demonstrators carried banners with reading messages: “Tired of the ice!” And “the failure of the evacuation now!” While others chanted “ice from Los Angeles”

The protest was one of many gatherings in the province on Tuesday as part of the working day against immigration raids. In Koretown, another gathering was held.

She told Fox 11 through a statement on Wednesday: “Any allegations that individuals have” targeted “by applying the law because of their skin color are disgusting and definitely wrong.
The claims about bad conditions in ICE facilities also denied.
“Any claim that there are conditions in the detention centers of the ice,” McLeulin said. “In fact, ICE has standards of detention higher than most American prisons carrying actual American citizens. All detainees are provided with appropriate meals, medical treatment, and they have opportunities to communicate with lawyers and their family members.”
