The 86 -year -old actor included Montesito for $ 6.38 million, in partnership with listing agents Ron Brand and Arthur Kalayan of Compass Montesseo.

Lloyd and his wife Lisa bought the property in 2017, but their relations with the region date back to 1996. The couple had previously owned a nearby house destroyed in the 2008 fire. While they rebuilt it, they later set up the current property.

When we bought the house, I was completely intending to change its full feeling. “We loved the site, but I didn’t like the house – now I do,” Lisa explained. “Today is beautiful, special, creative, and peaceful. I wanted the scene to flow and interior design together, which was not the case when we bought it. Now the house is filled with calm colors, warm wooden floors and soft, round edges. It was not just cold and contemporary arduous, soothing, flowing, and calm.”

The 2880 -foot house includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and provides extended windows from floor to ceiling that provide smooth outdoor interior/outdoor views and stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, Channel Islands and Harbor Santa Barbara.

We see a fixed flow of buyers in the luxury sector, especially in a range of $ 5 million.”

While “returning to the future” is the most recognized role, Lloyd admitted in an interview with “Today”, at first, he was not interested in taking the role, saying: “I was not in that,” and that he “put it in the target basket.”

He said, “I put it away.” “(At that time) I pulled it, I looked at it, I am still not sure of DOC, but I came back and met (the director) Bob Zecekis, and this was that,” he said.
