Beijing’s Military Parade Meant More Than the Pageantry of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Summit

Dancers who wear great clothes on the stage moved quickly in colored performance, as nearly 30 leaders in the world seemed seriously. These collected figures in Tianjin were collected for the Scheghai Cooperation Organization Summit (SCO), and also participated in the Beijing competition in a competition in Beijing. Their existence was supposed to announce the glory of China as a center for the non -Western world.

SCO, which was established in 2001, was previously removed as a dictatorship club. Although its player always attracts some attention from observers in China and Russia, especially those who have interest in Central Asia, they did not get the attention of international media such as the last summit in Tianjin.

SCO, which was established in 2001, was previously removed as a dictatorship club. Although its player always attracts some attention from observers in China and Russia, especially those who have interest in Central Asia, they did not get the attention of international media such as the last summit in Tianjin.

The newly discovered attention, in a large part, is a reflection of political distress in the West. It is also evident from the emergency meeting of European leaders in Washington just two weeks ago, there is a deep crisis in the Atlantic relationship. In fact, with the Europeans’ fear of being abandoned by the United States, but they are unable to understand how they can stand on their own against Russia, and with an American president he whispered randomly against a friend and enemy in unpredictable bouts of slag and anger, there are good reasons for stealing the West.

Perhaps, then, Sco holds an alternative future key? For some of those who joined the Chinese President Xi Jinping’s great concert, the answer appears to be “yes”. Even United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres-who appeared in China in a clear attempt to highlight the ongoing importance of his organization-applies with enthusiasm “need” to build a multi-polar world “and Sco as one of the” basic conditions “to get us there.

Reality is more complicated than optics. Sco has always been less than the total number of parts. It was previously serving a very specific job: helping China and Russia to manage its differences in Central Asia. Add India; Pakistan, Iran and recently, Belarus has reduced the SCO mission. Now, it provides more than just a glamorous opportunity for multilateral banquets.

The performance of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Tianjin shows the SCO dilemma. He had what he politely described as a “fruitful” exchange with Shi, brutal, for his part, that India and China are not “threats” but “opportunities to develop each other.”

These words, however, do not reflect reality. They are leaving the competition between China and India for leadership in the global south, important economic frictions, and the uninterrupted border conflict that erupted in the blood skirmishes recently from 2020-21.

SCO simply cannot do anything about these dangerous differences. It is not an alliance. It is not a focus. It is not a camp. It is a platform for dialogue and others.

Consequently, no person should be surprised that the 6000 -word joint statement, which is called the “Tianjin Declaration”, is called the “Tianjin Declaration”, to a careful examination to be a group of amazing drugs. There is something about terrorism, something about artificial intelligence, something about tourism, something about education, and something about the declining iceotilities.

However, there is no scheme for the post -Western world.

Instead of essence, there was a set of impressive and impressive images. Here was the eleventh in a moving discussion with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Modi. Here Moody and Putin were sharing a Limozine trip. Here all the participants were sitting around the great table who read their prepared notes.

Xi talked about “opposing the Cold War mentality, confronting the bloc, and bullying practices” – a blow in the United States – and a need to “support fairness and justice.” (He did not go to the details.) Modi insisted, in his statements, that Sco does not stand with the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (perhaps the Chinese sounding for him) but for “security, communication and opportunity.”

Putin, for his part, referred to the “understanding” that he claimed in Alaska with US President Donald Trump. His criticism of the United States was silent on this occasion. The Alaska meeting was used in his favor, where he arrived in China, strange enough, as a leader that may have the best relationship with Trump in the entire group.

XI used the Sco-Plus meeting on September 1 (a gathering that also included many dialogue partners and observers) for his team in the new global referee initiative on its guests. This initiative joins the 2022 World Security Initiative and the 2023 World Civilization Initiative in providing highly and painless high recipes for a happy world that means little in practice, not the least of which is China that deals with brutal realism.

The most prominent thing in Xi’s speech, which is easy to forget, was his martyrdom from the ancient Chinese philosopher Lawzi: “Adherence to the great principle, and the world will follow.” But like Dao Luzu, Shi’s great vision is mainly mysterious. It cannot be seen, and it cannot be called. However, the world must follow.

Some guests at the Tianjin (including Moody) gathering returned home. Others continued to witness the second law: a military parade to celebrate the eighty anniversary of the end of World War II. Unlike Xi’s vision of a happy world of victory, the military parade indicates the possibility that someone will lose and that it will not be China.

Instead of the broader difference and vision of the Sco meeting, Beijing presented a more provocative message approved by a smaller group of countries. Putin was, along with Iranian President Masoud Bezishane and even North Korean leader Kim Jong Un for a roar scene. Europe represented the experts of military marches, Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico, who also attended the Putin procession in May.

Eleven, wearing a military jacket, read his short speech.

He said: “The Chinese nation is a great nation that is not afraid of violence.” Before the Chinese people informed “follow the path of socialism firmly with the Chinese characteristics, and inherit and continue the great spirit of the war of resistance [against Japan]”

The planes flew in the sky of the area. Tanks, armored personnel, laser rifles, and nuclear missiles – called English for ease of referring to them – are highlighted to the scene of military orchestra.

He is no longer a sheikh, and Shi has used this amazing offer of Chinese military power to remind his fans around the world-and the United States in particular-Beijing’s attempt to the World War machine in the Chinese war machine.

The show appears to have made clear his point of view.

“Mayo Shi and the great people in China have a great and permanent day of celebration,” Tweet Trump. “Please give the warmest regards to Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong Un, and you are conspiring against the United States of America.”
